Unlike most cookie cutter consultants, we do not offer Free evaluations. Each evaluation is hands on, not just gathering some information that is put on a spread sheet, and then delivered to you by email with a contract for a year or more. Our agreements are month to month and can be discontinued at any time by either the Practice or our firm. After the one-on-one evaluation and recording of Practice information, a written Plan of Action is delivered in person to the Doctor. The evaluation process takes from one to two days on site and will not interrupt the Practice day, ( we want to see how your Practice operates) ,the delivery of the Plan of Action consumes another 6-8 hours on a different day about two weeks after the evaluation days.
We have the ability to modem into your software, when off site to make sure that your priorities on scheduling, finance etc. are working in the manner that you wish. We at McFall Management do not have any goals for you, we only implement the goals and controls that you agree to.
